What a configuration could hand over
Whether you already keep books in Money or simply invoice online, a configuration can enter iDoklad as a document with a customer and line items. The figure the customer saw in the web price is then the figure on the invoice.
Price offer
A configuration could create a price offer in iDoklad with the customer and line items. iDoklad can turn it into a proforma or an issued invoice, so the items would not be retyped.
Contact
The customer would be saved to contacts with company ID and address, so you find them for the next job without digging through emails.
Document recount
Before saving, the document could be recalculated in iDoklad itself, so totals and rounding match the price the customer saw on the website.
Payment webhook
A PaymentCreated event on the proforma invoice could report that the deposit has arrived, and the job could move on to production.
What we need to connect it
Access would use OAuth 2.0; for your own agenda Client Credentials are enough, together with the application identifier iDoklad requires.
For testing we recommend a separate test agenda, so trial offers do not touch your number series.
We check your iDoklad plan, because the monthly number of API calls depends on it.
We agree which iDoklad price list items are used and how the configuration’s surcharges map onto them.
Worth deciding up front
- The Oblíbený plan allows 7,500 requests a month for Czech agendas and Prémiový 75,000, with a further limit of 200 requests per minute.
- iDoklad signs webhooks with the X-idoklad-signature header, so the connection would reject a forged payment message.
- If you keep your books in Money, we agree whether the document should be created in iDoklad or directly in accounting, so it is not recorded twice.

Do we have to change our iDoklad plan for this?
Each enquiry means several API calls. Before implementation we estimate the expected monthly volume and compare it with your plan’s limit, so the connection does not stop halfway through the month.
Will the price in iDoklad match the website?
It should, provided the configurator price and the tax rates are set up the same way. That is why the document would be recalculated in iDoklad before saving, and any rounding difference is solved during design rather than on the invoice.
