How a configurator can connect with SuperFaktura

InvoicingAssessed per project

SuperFaktura is a Slovak invoicing service, used in Czechia as well. It issues invoices, quotations and delivery notes, and offers a public REST API.

What a configuration could hand over

A quotation is exactly the document a configuration ends in. SuperFaktura can issue it with the line items that came from the configurator, and turn it into an invoice once accepted, without anyone copying dimensions and surcharges across.

  • Price estimate

A configuration could create a SuperFaktúra document of the estimate type, with items for dimensions, material and surcharges. The salesperson would then send it to the customer from the interface they already know.

  • Client

The customer’s details would be written as a client with company ID and address, with the address book update switched on so contacts are not duplicated.

  • Proforma invoice

Once the estimate is accepted, a proforma invoice linked to it could follow. The paid deposit can then be applied on the final invoice.

  • Comment and tags

The enquiry number and the 3D preview link could go into the document’s internal comment and tags, so quotes that came from the website can be filtered in SuperFaktúra.

What we need to connect it

  1. Access would use an API key: the email, key and optional company ID are in SuperFaktúra under Tools, API access.

  2. SuperFaktúra recommends a dedicated API user with the Administrator role, so access is not tied to one employee.

  3. We would first test the connection in the SuperFaktúra sandbox, which exists separately for the Slovak and the Czech version.

  4. Together we agree the number series for estimates and proformas and how VAT is rounded on items.

Worth deciding up front

  • The API has both a daily and a monthly request limit and reports the current state in response headers. Once a limit is used up further reads are blocked, which matters for a bulk import.
  • The Slovak and Czech SuperFaktúra run on separate API addresses, so a company trading in both countries gets the connection designed for each one.

Questions about this connection

Can an accepted estimate become an invoice without retyping?

SuperFaktúra links an invoice to the estimate it came from, so items from the configuration would not need to be entered again. Whether the salesperson creates the invoice in the interface or the connection does it after confirmation is decided during design.

The link could go into the text above the items, which is printed on the document, or only into the internal comment for your team. Where it goes is agreed based on how you send quotes today.

Other integrations

Put SuperFaktura to work in your sales.

Tell us what you sell and how an enquiry is handled today. On the demo you will see the configurator, and we will go through which data could flow from it into your system.
